Rules and Regulations

1. Game times:  Three (3) 15 minute periods.
2. Pre-game warm up:  Five (5) minutes.
3. Timeouts: One (1) 30 second timeout per team permitted in each game.
4. In all Round Robin games flood will take place after the completion of the second period and at the games end.
5. In the Semi-Final and Championship games all game times will be three fifteen (15) minute stop time periods with the ice to be resurfaced prior to all games and at the end of both the first and second periods. 
6. Hockey Canada Rule 10.16 – Tied Game will apply regarding flooding the ice in overtime.
7. Starting line will line up on the blue lines after warm up for playing of the National Anthem. shake hands at centre ice prior to the start of each game.
8. At the conclusion of each game all players shake hands at centre ice then line up on the blue lines for player of the game awards.
9. There will be a 5 minute warm up that the beginning of each game
10. All players to line up on the blue lines for the playing of the National Anthem at the beginning of each game.
 11. All players line up on the blue lines at the end of each game for the presentation of player of the game awards.
